Event ServicesAt Eclectic Affairs, we believe every event should feel personal, thoughtful, and beautifully cared for from beginning to end. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering, a wedding weekend, a milestone celebration, or a full-scale event, our goal is to help bring your vision to life while allowing you to enjoy the experience.
With years of event planning and design experience throughout California, we offer services ranging from event-day coordination to full planning and design. Each package can be customized to fit the needs, location, and style of your celebration. The Delicate Details Beginning at $1,000
Perfect for clients who have planned most of the event but need professional guidance and structure as the day approaches.
Includes:
  • 2–3 hours of one-on-one consultation
  • Budget planning guidance
  • Professional vendor referrals based on your style and budget
  • Event-day production schedule
  • Limited email and phone access to your planner during the planning process
Additional hours and services may be added as needed.

Last Minute Coordination Beginning at $3,100
For clients who need extra support bringing all of the final details together.
Includes everything in The Delicate Details, plus:
  • Up to 6 total hours of one-on-one consultation
  • Event rehearsal direction
  • Event-day coordination for ceremony and reception
  • Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination

Classic Coordination Beginning at $4,000
A wonderful fit for clients who want planning support, trusted guidance, and a more hands-on coordination experience.
Includes everything in Last Minute Coordination, plus:
  • Venue selection assistance
  • Professional vendor selection
  • Design consultation for color, style, layout, and overall event feel
  • Proofreading of printed materials
  • Ideas for small tables, favors, and guest details
  • Unlimited email and phone consultation during planning
  • Attendance at up to 3 vendor meetings
  • Up to 2 hours of setup for small tables and guest table details

Grand Design Beginning at $7,500
Our most complete planning and design experience for clients who want full creative support and professional event management from start to finish.
Includes everything in Classic Coordination, plus:
  • Complete event design
  • Vendor procurement for design elements
  • Design element creation available at an additional cost
  • Up to 4 hours of guest table detail setup and outer table setup
  • Rehearsal dinner design and coordination
  • Event professional on-site from beginning to end of the celebration

Custom Event Planning. No two events are exactly alike, and we are happy to create a custom package based on your celebration, location, guest count, design needs, and planning stage.
