* Wedding and Event Consultation/Planning: $65.00/hour
* Wedding and Event Design: $65.00/hour
You can retain Eclectic Affairs as your event consultant at the hourly rates listed above for services or special requests that fall outside of our packages.
Package A $ 750
Includes:
* 2-3 hours of one-on-one consultation with client; includes budget planning
* Professional vendor referrals based on budget and event style
*A completed Wedding-Day production schedule
*Email and limited telephone access to assigned wedding planner throughout the event planning process
Package B $ 1995
Includes:
* Review of all professional vendor contracts
* Confirmation of all professional wedding vendors
* Detailed Wedding-Day production schedule
* Wedding Rehearsal Direction
* Wedding Day Coordination of ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
* This package is estimated at 30-35 hours of consultation and coordination.
* A final meeting with your reception site is also included.
Package C - $ 2,500
Includes:
*Combination of packages A and B. The cost of this package is discounted for contracting both services initially.
Package D - $ 4450
Includes:
* Full-service wedding planning from beginning to end
* Unlimited consultations (up to 250 hours)
* Complete wedding-day direction
* Wedding and Event Consultation/Planning: $65.00/hour
* Wedding and Event Design: $65.00/hour
